How many times have you heard either of those two comments? Have you ever felt it yourself?

I certainly felt it myself five and a half years ago - when I went down to my lowest level - and then I was helped by an invisible, yet tangible hand! My life changed significantly at that point.

I have heard those feelings from quite a lot of people over the years - from people whom I regarded as being 'advanced' and well on their way to living the life of their dreams! as well as from people who were fairly 'new' to it all!

Contact from someone who expressed these views, prompted me to consider why this happens. He said that my material about the workshops reminded him that recently he had lost his way. Lots of good things had happened, but he needed to remind himself of what is possible. He has a senior job in the National Health Service, which he no longer really enjoys, and he has a younger girlfriend whom he gets on with, but they are not on the same plane spiritually, which is problematic.

This really got me thinking! Because I live this stuff every day, setting goals, using affirmations, visualising - and always starting new projects and contacting more people - I have forgotten what it is like to feel that this stuff just isn't working! - because it works for me!!

I wonder if the problem is that the approach most people take to metaphysics is theoretical. They read the books, they attend the workshops, but they don't actually apply it, consistently, in a practical way - to their own lives, health, relationships, business.

It works for me because I apply it to all of my activities - and they are expanding fast.

SO! Here's the plan! I am going to put myself to the test! Publicly!! In a way that the reults can be seen!

Many people are less than satisfied with their personal circumstances, home life, relationships, health, and have little clue as to their life's work, life purpose ... but that is all very personal, and difficult to measure.

Most of you will know that I am a facilitator - I bring people together, I help them to keep in touch, to exchange views, and I help them to get their work out to the world with free web pages on Free Spirits and with low-cost web sites on Fine Serve. I also present workshops, both online and in person. This is in addition to a full-time day job that pays the bills!

So, all of the metaphysical and spiritual principles that I have learnt and which I use myself, I am going to apply to a new business venture, one that is highly compatible with my life's work and how I practise it. Success will be measured by the income that I achieve from it ... and also by the number of other people that benefit directly from the business if they apply the same tools and techniques. I shall work on it part-time, initially, and from home. It will be part of the work that replaces my day job within .... But now I am going too far! That is part of goal-setting, which is one of many important techniques.

I shall record all of the tools and techiques that I use, publishing my progress over the next 6 to 12 months - and then I shall publish my modus operandi as a very practical workshop - Working Magically - Creating Prosperity

All the fine words and all the fine ideas are not too much help without actually taking action! And by posting this here, I am now taking the first step and committing to putting myself on the line.
